Some email providers, such as Hotmail, may accidentally block messages from us, so if you don't 
hear back from us within 24 hours, please let us know and we will contact you again. XTRA customers
should add our email address to their 'Contacts' list in the online XTRA email interface to ensure
our messages are received ok. Just adding our address to your own computers address/contacts
list in Outlook or similar programs won't solve problems with XTRA, it MUST be done ONLINE.
